This guitar was my dream. It was blue, it was a PRS, it had the dimples, it had a natural back, and it had white tuner buttons. Being in Australia I had to wait quite a while for it to be made and arrive.

I remember the day I got the call to pick it up so vividly. I was across the city at a friend's kid's birthday party which I promptly left. I arrived at the guitar shop so nervous. My nerve were traded for panic as I opened the case and the wrong guitar was in there. It was the alternative full-blue version of the guitar. It had a burst and the entire guitar was blue, no natural back. It was an awful feeling.

The guitar store owner could sense my disappointment. He left me play the guitar for a few minutes but I knew it wasn't the guitar of my dreams. He said they would sort it and sort it out they did. PRS shipped the correct model relatively quickly and I soon had the guitar of my dreams in my hands and a fun story to go with it!
